COR Consultancy Indonesia is seeking a skilled automation and integration specialist to enhance Microsoft 365 environments. You will design, implement, and monitor Power Automate workflows, integrating Microsoft 365 with third-party platforms to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and documenting integration architectures while coordinating with stakeholders and delivering scalable, reliable automation solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
2–3 years of work experience in automation or integration.
Hands-on with Power Automate to design and monitor scalable workflows.
Experience with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Forms.
Ability to document workflows and integration architecture clearly.
Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilités

Provide advisory support on business process automation and system integration strategies within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Review existing processes and identify opportunities for automation, integration, simplification, and standardization.
Design and implement integrations between Microsoft 365 and third-party platforms using connectors or APIs.
Design and implement automation workflows using Power Automate and Microsoft 365 apps.
Document automation workflows, integration logic, dependencies, and SOPs.
