You will lead revenue strategy, client relationships, and end-to-end sales processes, including proposals, contracts, and site visits, collaborating closely with hotel operations to ensure flawless event execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in luxury hospitality sales with success in MICE and corporate events.
• Understanding Bali's market trends, competitive positioning, and demand fluctuations.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Retain and expand existing client accounts, maximize wallet share, and manage margins.
• Penetrate corporate, MICE, and incentive travel segments and pursue banquet opportunities.
• Solicit high-potential new accounts independently and with corporate networks.
• Nurture key client relationships through calls, FAM trips, and industry trade shows.
• Monitor market intelligence and adapt sales tactics to trends.
• Manage sales budgets and controllable expenses to protect profitability.
• Host prospective clients and participate in networking events to strengthen brand presence.
