Ayana is seeking an MICE Experience Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to oversee and organize impactful events for a discerning audience at our luxury resort. You will ensure events are successful, memorable, and backed by strong organizational execution.

The role calls for fresh ideas, enthusiasm, and a hands-on leadership approach. Ideal candidates demonstrate Mandarin fluency, customer-service orientation, and a proven ability to drive MICE revenue while building local partnerships and key agency

Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen only.
• 2+ years of experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement sales in operational activities for MICE and events business.
• Proactively target MICE opportunities in local and international markets especially in Chinese Market.
• Proactively sell the hotels' event spaces and drive Rooms and F&B revenue into the event, restaurant, and bar areas.
• Establish local partnerships and co-operations to promote accommodation and events.
• Establish business and market share for MICE and special events business.
• Establish and maintain relationships with assigned MICE agencies.
