Job summary

Graye is seeking a motivated M&A Analyst in Jakarta to join our boutique advisory team. You will work on sell-side and buy-side transactions, build financial and technical analyses, and support due diligence and deal documentation.

You will interact with clients and senior team members, contributing to valuation work and market assessments across sectors, with travel as needed. This role offers exposure to high-impact M&A engagements at a growing advisory firm.

• Bachelor degree in finance/accounting/banking/economics or passed CFA level 1 examination.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients and participate in the execution of M&A transactions.
• Define and prepare financial and technical analysis for various M&A engagements.
• Support negotiations and preparations of all key transaction documents.
• Assist in the process of, as well as conduct, due diligence and assess seller's and target's business plans, growth prospects, and financial performance.
• Perform valuation analysis using diverse approaches (e.g. income approach, market approach, and asset approach).
• Attend and actively participate in meetings with client's senior team members.
• Provide support to senior M&A management to develop marketing leads and ideas to generate new business

We are currently looking for highly motivated M&A Analyst to join us. As the M&A Analyst you will have an opportunity to gain an expansive breadth of hands-on experience accross sectors focusing on M&A (Sell-side and buy-side) and fundraising.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with clients and participate in the execution of M&A transactions
