Job summary

Maddhuna Capital is seeking an Associate to join our Financial Advisory team, offering exposure to live transactions across M&A, feasibility studies, corporate restructuring, and capital raising. You will work with senior team members to develop financial models, prepare investor materials, and support due diligence, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 1–4 years of relevant experience, with strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, financial advisory, corporate finance, transaction services, consulting, private equity, or corporate development.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, accounting, and analytical capabilities.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and corporate finance concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to develop clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and project-based environment.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, ownership, and professional judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of M&A, corporate restructuring, feasibility study, and capital-raising engagements
• Develop integrated financial models, business plans, valuation analyses, and transaction scenarios
• Conduct industry research, market analysis, benchmarking, and comparable-company analysis
• Perform financial, commercial, and strategic assessments of companies and investment opportunities
• Prepare transaction materials, feasibility study reports, information memoranda, management presentations, and investor materials
• Assist in due diligence, transaction structuring, documentation, and deal execution
• Coordinate with clients, investors, lenders, legal advisors, tax advisors, valuers, and other stakeholders
• Manage workstreams and ensure high-quality deliverables within agreed timelines
• Provide guidance and review the work of junior analysts, where applicable

Maddhuna Capital is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Financial Advisory team.

This role offers direct exposure to live transactions and strategic advisory engagements across mergers and acquisitions, feasibility studies, corporate restructuring, and capital raising. The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members, clients, shareholders, and other professional advisors throughout the transaction process.
