Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group in Bandar Lampung is seeking a Sales Officer to manage relationships with SME offline merchants using Merchant Apps. You will drive sales targets in your area and provide hands-on training on Merchant Apps to store staff.

You will also ensure placement of POP materials and lead in-store promotion socialization efforts, building long-term partnerships with merchants while representing the company with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma holders welcome.
• Background in Leasing is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in related field for high school level.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for diploma degree.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must have a motorcycle and SIM C.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationship with SME offline merchants using Merchant Apps.
• Responsible for sales targets in their area.
• Provide training on Merchant Apps to store staff.
• Ensure placement of POP material promotion in store.
• Do promotion socialization program to store staff.
