Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in payment/fintech/FMCG/telecommunications/banking addressing merchant acquisition challenges.
• Understanding of QRIS, EDC, or POS systems is preferred for merchant transactions.
• Proven expertise in local market merchant acquisition to drive regional growth.
• Willingness to travel and conduct routine field visits to strengthen merchant relationships.
• Strong merchant network and database to enhance acquisition efforts.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with merchants ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Hardworking attitude and high dedication for achieving company goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth integration of payment solutions for merchants.
