Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage Product with Demand Planning.
• Make a sell-through forecast to calculate stock needs.
• Provide and fulfill targets for buying and selling per brand.
• Maintain product category profit within targets.
• Ensure execution of programs to push sales achievement.
• Coordinate with principal on program implementation to drive sales.
• Analyze market via sales insights, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Request budget support from vendors for programs and activities.
• Control and provide a robust stock management system.
• Maintain ideal Days of Stock.
• Plan to reduce aging stocks and DOA/damage units.

Responsibilities :

• Managing Product with Demand Planning
• Make a sell-through forecast to calculate how much sell-through we need to meet the target
• Provide & fulfilled targets for buying and selling products according to the brand
• Maintain product category profit within the target that has been set
• Ensure the execution of all programs in order to push sales achievement
• Coordinate with the principal regarding the implementation of the program to push sale
• Understanding the market through sales insight, market research, and competitive analysis
• Request budget support from vendor/principle for the program and activity needed
• Responsible for controlling and providing a good stock management system
• Maintain ideal Days of Stock
• Planning to reduce aging stocks and DOA/Damage units

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree from any major
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same experience
• Coming from the retail industry
• Active in English is a must
• Able to work under pressure
• Good team player and agile person to catch up with fast pace & dynamic environment
• Willing to travel
• Willing to be placed in Landmark Pluit
