Job summary

PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk. in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Merchandising & Planning Manager to drive stock allocation and assortment planning for a fashion retail portfolio.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with Brand, Sales, Warehouse and other channels to ensure smooth operations and optimal stock health. The role requires strong Excel skills, data storytelling, and English fluency to communicate insights and align with brand principals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 8 years of Merchandising & Planning experience in fashion retail.
• Advanced/Intermediate Excel skills and data modeling ability.
• Experience with data warehousing, SAP, and planning tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock allocation and replenishment when needed.
• Identify bestsellers and slow movers to meet business objectives.
• Monitor stock KPIs such as stock cover, range availability, and dead stock at SKU level.
• Coordinate with Brand, Sales, Warehouse and other channels for smooth operations.
• Liaise with shipping to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries from the principal.
• Coordinate with Finance for PO raising and credit notes tracking from the brand principal.
• Share routine business performance reports with the brand principal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the stock allocation & replenishment if necessary.
• Identify the bestsellers and slow movers and take appropriate action so as to meet business objectives.
• Monitor overall stock health KPIs like stock cover, range availability, dead stock at SKU level, and create alert mechanisms.
• Co-ordinate with internal teams like Brand Team, Sales Team, Warehouse, and other channels to ensure smooth conduct of business.
• Liaise with shipping to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries of merchandise from the principal.
• Liaise with finance to ensure timely raising of POs and tracking of credit notes from the brand principal, if any.
• Liaise with the brand principal to share routine reports on business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder in any field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Merchandising & Planning skills, especially in a fashion retail company.
• Advanced/Intermediate Excel Skills: ability to handle a large set of complex data and model it as per requirement.
• Added advantage if you have prior experience with data warehousing, SAP, and business planning tools.
• Fluent in English, good communication skills.
