Job summary

Modinity is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Admin in Jakarta Selatan to support stock-taking and inventory control. The role involves monitoring store deliveries, processing stock reports, and assisting with product registrations and launches.

You will enter product and delivery data into portals, generate store sales reports, and provide administrative support to the Merchandising team. A bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in related roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail operations, merchandising support, or administrative roles preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
