Job summary

PT MAP AKTIF ADIPERKASA is seeking a procurement professional to prepare buying plans, manage quantities, pricing and allocation per product category, while coordinating with suppliers and shipping for timely delivery.

You will monitor sales and stock, coordinate distribution to stores, arrange deliveries, handle e-commerce product templates, and maintain an up‑to‑date article list and assortment across collections.

Responsibilities

• Prepare buying plan, including order quantity, pricing and allocation per product category.
• Monitoring sales, stock availability, distribution plan in order to ensure flow of product to achieve sales target.
• Arrange delivery goods with supplier and shipping department to monitoring and update delivery schedule.
• Order placement & product template for e commerce
• Create article list buying proposal
• Product assortment and allocation to store within collection and inventory level
• Communication with supplier daily regarding product & sample checking, packing instruction and on time delivery schedule
