Job summary

PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk. is seeking a Product/Category Manager to oversee product development through selling, aligned with demand planning. You will drive gross profit, manage stock aging, and collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and logistics to craft programs and strategies.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in similar roles, strong English, and advanced Excel skills, with willingness to travel and work at our Jakarta office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from any major.
• Experienced minimum 3 years in similar role (category manager, buyer, planner, product manager, etc).
• Good communication in English language is a must.
• Strong Excel skills (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot).
• Able to work under pressure & interpersonal skills.
• Agile person to catch up with fast pace & dynamic environment.
• Willing to travel.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta office.

Responsibilities
