MULTITREND Indo Tbk in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Merchandising professional to manage replenishment, allocations, and stock movement across channels, ensuring key sizes are available and inventory stays healthy. You will analyze promotions, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and collaborate with brand managers and MD admin to drive growth, margins, and on-time shipments.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in retail merchandising.
• Advanced planning and analytical skills, including computer skills.
• Confidence in suggesting calculated risk.
• Strong customer awareness and understanding.
• Passionate about product with strong market and brand awareness.
• Time keeping and ability to meet stringent deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.

Responsabilités

• Handling all merchandising related job, from replenishment, allocations, making sure all channels have sufficient stock level, making sure key size availability for all different channels, in charge of stocks and inventory movement.
• Working with brand manager and MD admin towards the same objectives.
• Creating weekly and monthly reports, and ad hoc reports with analysis and action plans when needed.
• Analyzing the performance of existing promotional plans and proposing new ones based on the brand's needs.
• Working with brand manager for seasonal buys, and in charge of re-orders for carryovers.
• Oversee business and commercial activities (growth, sales, margin, etc.).
• Working with MD admin to oversee all shipments run smoothly, payments are made on time, and checking orders vs shipped.
• Present certain business presentations and be able to discuss and brainstorm with other departments.
• Working with other support depts to achieve the same goals and objectives.
