Job summary

IBKUL in Indonesia seeks an Assistant Merchandiser to support the merchandising team with daily operations, ensure smooth order processing, and coordinate with internal departments for trims and retail activities.

The candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Fashion Merchandising or related fields, 1–2 years in garment/fashion retail, strong Excel skills, and good English. Yogyakarta domicile preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Fashion Merchandising or related field.
• 1–2 years in garment or fashion retail, preferably with trims exposure.
• Good understanding of garment trims and production processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Merchandiser in daily merchandising activities and tasks.
• Monitor stock availability and order status.
• Coordinate with sales, production, warehouse, and suppliers.
• Follow up on trims development, sourcing, and delivery.
• Monitor trims inventory for production readiness.
• Prepare and update sales, stock, trims, and merchandising reports in Excel.
• Communicate orders, trims, deliveries, and retail operations with stakeholders.
