Job summary

The candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Fashion Merchandising or related fields, 1–2 years in garment/fashion retail, strong Excel skills, and good English. Yogyakarta domicile preferred.

Qualifications

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandiser in daily merchandising activities and operational tasks.
• Assist in monitoring stock availability, and order status.
• Coordinate with sales, production, warehouse, and suppliers to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Follow up on trims development, sourcing, ordering, and delivery to ensure timely production.
• Monitor trims inventory and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure required trims are available for production.
• Prepare and update sales, stock, trims, and merchandising reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Support communication related to orders, trims, deliveries, and retail operations with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the garment or fashion retail industry, preferably with exposure to trims and merchandising.
• Good understanding of garment trims (labels, buttons, zippers, elastics, packaging materials, etc.) and production processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Yogyakarta domiciled is preferred.
