Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to source and develop suppliers for supermarket product needs. You will negotiate and establish partnerships, agree on terms including pricing, credit limits, TOP, and promotional programs.

You will ensure products meet supermarket needs and monitor prices, quality, and availability from suppliers. Maintain strong supplier relationships and coordinate with internal teams to align product needs and promotional programs.

Competenze

• Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant major.
• Minimum 7 years in merchandising, purchasing, procurement, or retail, preferably supermarkets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in supplier sourcing and negotiating prices, terms, promotions.
• Ability to build relationships with suppliers.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of market prices.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, independent, and target-driven.

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant major.

At least 7 years of work experience in merchandising, purchasing, procurement, or retail, preferably within the supermarket industry.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Experienced in supplier sourcing as well as negotiating prices, payment terms, credit limits, and promotional programs.

Capable of building and maintaining good working relationships with suppliers/vendors.

Strong analytical skills, with a good understanding of market prices and product trends.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Detail-oriented, proactive, independent, and target-driven.
