Job summary

PT Lion Super Indo is seeking an accomplished senior operations leader to drive excellence across our supermarket network in Indonesia. You will partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into measurable results using data and field engagement.

You will identify performance gaps, design clear store structures, align staffing with demand, streamline workflows, and scale improvements while enabling digital adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Retail Management, or related field.
• Senior leadership experience in retail operations.
• Analytical and commercial judgment.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Experience with store and DC engagement.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead operational excellence and organizational effectiveness across our supermarket network to improve productivity, customer service, and profitability. Partner with senior leaders and operational teams to turn business priorities into measurable results through data analysis and direct field engagement.

• Identify performance gaps and deliver improvements in productivity, labor costs, shrinkage, and margins.
• Design effective store and area structures with clear roles, accountability, and decision authority.
• Align staffing and schedules with customer traffic and operational demand.
• Simplify workflows and empower store teams to respond faster to customers.
• Align stakeholders, pilot solutions, and scale improvements with sustained results.
• Enable digital adoption and prepare teams for new ways of working.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Proven senior leadership experience in retail operations, preferably supermarkets or grocery chains.
• Strong commercial judgment and analytical skills.
• Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and process improvement.
• Ability to lead change and influence stakeholders across functions.
• Familiarity with retail technology and digital adoption.
• Hands-on approach with regular store and distribution center engagement.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
