Job summary

Blibli is seeking a Talent Acquisition Junior Officer to support end-to-end recruitment. You will work with hiring managers and Human Capital Business Partners to understand talent needs, identify and engage candidates, and coordinate onboarding for diverse roles across the organization.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building talent pipelines, values candidate experience, and wants to grow in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field was completed with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or related areas are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate coordination.
• Experience as a Tech Recruiter or exposure to hiring for technology roles such as Software Engineering, Product, Data, Cybersecurity, or IT will be a strong plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, agile, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good negotiation skills and a strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with hiring managers and HCBPs to understand hiring needs and candidate requirements.
• End-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offering, and onboarding coordination.
• Identify and engage potential candidates through various recruitment channels and sourcing methods.
• Assess candidate suitability through resume reviews, interviews, and other assessment methods.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring, niche, and critical hiring needs.
• Provide recruitment updates, market insights, and candidate recommendations to hiring stakeholders.
