Kaileuang Yeelin Investment in Bali seeks a detailed MEP Engineer to plan, design, and supervise HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for property projects from planning to handover.
You will prepare shop drawings in AutoCAD/Revit, coordinate with developers, CM consultants, and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with K3 and SNI standards. Minimum 2–3 years’ MEP experience required; Mandarin is a plus.
Kaileuang Yeelin Investment is a real estate development and EPC company that integrates real estate development, architectural design, engineering construction, and consulting services. The company was established and developed in Bali since 2022 by Chinese registered architects and many Chinese real estate development experts, and currently has several resort, apartment complex, and villa projects under construction.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and experienced MEP Engineer to plan and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for property projects, supporting construction projects from the planning stage through handover to the owner/developer.
Plan, design, and calculate the requirements for MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing & sanitation, fire protection) for property projects (residential, commercial, hospitality)
Prepare and review shop drawings using AutoCAD/Revit in accordance with contract and project specifications
Supervise and coordinate the execution of MEP installation on site to ensure alignment with design, budget (RAB), and project schedule
Coordinate with the developer/owner, Construction Management (CM) consultant, architects, structural team, main contractor, and MEP sub-contractors
Prepare and control project budgets (RAB/RAP) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and monitor physical progress and expenditure against budget
Participate in the tender/procurement process for MEP sub-contractors, including bid evaluation and technical negotiation
Ensure all work complies with occupational health & safety (K3) standards, Indonesian National Standards (SNI), and technical requirements from the owner/developer and authorities
Conduct quality control checks on materials and completed work on site
Prepare project progress reports for management and the owner, and carry out testing & commissioning processes
Handle the defect list process and support the maintenance period after project handover
Support the project handover process to the building management/operations team
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Understands the basic principles of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in property buildings (residential/commercial/hospitality)
Proficient in engineering design software such as AutoCAD; a plus if skilled in Revit MEP or other MEP calculation software
Able to read and analyze technical drawings (shop drawings, schematics, layouts) and project contract documents
Understands K3 standards, SNI, and applicable technical building regulations in the property/construction sector
Has experience with or is familiar with the workflow of contractor companies, developers, or CM consultants
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work within project time and budget targets
Able to coordinate with various parties (internal team, contractors, consultants, owner)
Willing to conduct site visits/supervision as required by the project
A plus if holding professional certification (SKA/SKK) in the Mechanical/Electrical field
Plus point: proficiency in Mandarin
Plus point: experience in the property, construction, or medium-to-large scale industries
Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in MEP within the property/construction sector, with the following general criteria:
Has been directly involved in property construction projects, either in planning/design or on-site execution supervision
Has experience handling at least one full project cycle, from the planning stage through to handover (BAST)
Accustomed to coordinating with the developer/owner, architecture team, structural team, contractors, and CM consultants within a project
Understands the testing & commissioning process, quality control, and project technical documentation
Experience working at a contractor company or property developer is a significant advantage
Candidates with more experience (5+ years) or prior team leadership experience will be considered for a more senior position
