Job summary

ARCHESTET GROUP is seeking a Drafter with strong Revit skills to support design and documentation across all project phases in Bali, Indonesia. You will work with the design team to develop drawings, coordinate with consultants, and ensure quality using BIM workflows.

You will develop architectural drawings and 3D models, translate concepts into technical docs, and coordinate BIM models with MEP and structural disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Professional Arsitek license is a plus.
• Minimum 2-3 years in architecture design or construction.
• Proven experience using Autodesk Revit in architectural projects.
• Experience with BIM workflows and cross-discipline coordination.
• Fluent in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings and 3D models using Revit across all project stages.
• Collaborate with design teams to translate concepts into technical documentation.
• Coordinate BIM models with MEP, structural, and other disciplines.
• Prepare detailed drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Ensure compliance with codes, zoning, and project standards.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to development.
• Maintain project documentation and drawing standards.
• Support construction administration with site coordination and revisions.
