Job summary

PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk. is seeking an experienced MEP Design Engineer to design and oversee HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection and electrical systems for ongoing building projects.

You will ensure compliance with project standards and schedules, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and drive safe, efficient MEP solutions from concept through commissioning. Prior experience in MEP consulting or property development is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in MEP design.
• Experience in MEP consulting or property development is required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MEP design management and project management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in MEP Design
• Having experience in MEP Consulting or property developer is a must
