Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a BIM Modeler – MEP & Construction to develop and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit for MEP and civil/structural disciplines. You will coordinate across disciplines, perform clash detection, and generate construction drawings and documentation for site delivery.

Based at the PIK office in Indonesia with occasional site visits, you’ll work closely with design engineers, project managers, and construction teams to ensure accurate, construction-ready models reflecting

Qualifications

Minimum education: SMK/Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s in a related field; technical certs are a plus.
2–3 years BIM modeling/drafting experience in construction or ME P projects.
Hands-on Revit experience for MEP or civil/structural works.
Ability to read engineering drawings, coordinates, and specs.
Strong BIM coordination, documentation, and revision control.

Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain BIM models in Revit for MEP and civil/structural elements.
Conduct clash detection and resolve service routing conflicts before construction.
Produce floor plans, sections, and detailed drawings from BIM models.
Maintain modeling standards, naming, and libraries per project rules.
Perform quantity take-offs and categorize by system and component.
Collaborate with design engineers and site teams; support RFIs.
Update models for design changes, site conditions, and progress.
Support site coordination through model reviews and 3D visualization.
