MatchaTalent is seeking a BIM Modeler – MEP & Construction in Jakarta to develop and maintain BIM models and construction drawings using Autodesk Revit. You will coordinate across MEP and civil/structural disciplines, perform clash detection, and support site teams to ensure accurate, constructible models.

The role requires collaboration with design engineers and project teams, with travel to project sites from the PIK office as needed.

Formación

Minimum 2–3 years of BIM modeling/drafting experience in construction or engineering projects.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for MEP and civil/structural work.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, coordinates, and specs.
Experience with multidisciplinary model coordination and clash detection.

Responsabilidades

Develop, update, and maintain BIM models in Revit for MEP and related civil/structural elements.
Produce detailed BIM models and construction drawings from engineering designs.
Coordinate models across disciplines and perform clash detection to resolve conflicts.
Create quantity take-offs and ensure accurate revisions and documentation.
Support site coordination with 3D visualization and RFIs as needed.
Maintain BIM standards, libraries, and drawing procedures per project rules.
