PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a BIM Modeler – MEP & Construction to develop and maintain BIM models and technical drawings using Autodesk Revit for construction projects in Jakarta. You will translate design requirements into coordinated, construction-ready models and drawings for MEP and civil/structural disciplines.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will collaborate with design engineers, construction teams, and site personnel to resolve coordination issues, maintain model accuracy,

Qualificações

• Minimum 2–3 years in BIM modeling/drafting on construction projects.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit for MEP or civil/structural works.
• Strong reading of drawings and coordination with teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, update, and maintain BIM models in Revit for MEP and civil/structural works.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate across disciplines.
• Create detailed construction drawings and as-built documentation.
• Collaborate with design engineers and site teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain BIM standards and model revision control.
• Generate quantity take-offs and support project planning.
