Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a BIM Modeler – MEP & Construction for our Indonesian client. Based in Jakarta with site visits, you will develop and maintain BIM models and detailed drawings using Autodesk Revit to support mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and civil/structural disciplines.

Qualifications

• Minimum technical education in engineering or architecture.
• 2–3 years BIM modeling/drafting experience in construction or related projects.
• Hands-on Revit experience for MEP or civil/structural works.
• Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain BIM models using Revit for MEP and civil/structural elements.
• Coordinate models across disciplines, perform clash detection, and resolve conflicts before construction.
• Generate floor plans, sections, and construction drawings from BIM models with revision control.
• Maintain BIM standards, naming conventions, and library components.
• Perform quantity take-offs by discipline to support material estimation and planning.
• Collaborate with design engineers and site teams to address RFIs and design changes.
• Update models to reflect approved changes and site conditions; support 3D visualization and site coordination.
• Prepare as-built models and final documentation in line with project deliverables.
