Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a medical degree with 2–3 years in international business development or medical tourism, is energetic, self-motivated, and proficient with digital marketing.
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor's degree with 2-3 years of international business development or medical tourism experience.
- Energetic, effective self-starter with strong verbal and written communication.
- Experience with digital media platforms in healthcare marketing is a plus.
- Good network of referring doctors and hospitals.
- Willingness to travel; strong computer skills to navigate frequent travel.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute field sales action plans.
- Monitor competition and healthcare landscapes in assigned territory.
- Build relationships with key doctors through periodic visits.
- Identify potential new doctors in Batam for market expansion via outbound referrals.
- Arrange events such as RTD and CME between Singapore doctors and Batam doctors.
- Assist patients from data collection to ensuring discharge for smooth admission in Singapore hospitals.
