• Input disease diagnosis codes, procedures and actions into HIS/INA CBGs.
• Ensure forms are complete for quantitative analysis of medical records.
• Process daily, monthly, annual reports and incidental reports.
• Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality in patient records.
• Support quality and safety procedures and reporting.
