Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support for Elekta products in Indonesia.
• Troubleshoot product issues in live clinical environments and document actions.
• Respond to calls, emails, and portal inquiries with timely resolutions.
• Visit customer sites to investigate and resolve issues when required.
• Escalate and manage cases to ensure fast, satisfactory resolutions.
