Farmanina Clinic Jakarta is seeking a dedicated Doctor to provide professional patient consultations, assess hair and scalp conditions, and recommend effective treatments in a patient‑centered setting.

You will deliver high‑quality care, maintain accurate medical records, support hair transplant consultations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Medical Doctor degree with active STR.
• Experience in Aesthetic, Hair Treatment, or Healthcare Clinic is preferred.
• Excellent communication and consultation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct patient consultations and medical assessments.
• Provide hair & scalp treatments per clinic standards and SOPs.
• Educate patients and propose suitable treatment plans.
• Support Hair Transplant consultations and patient conversion.
• Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with the medical and operational team.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety, service, and professionalism.

As a Doctor at Farmanina Clinic Jakarta, you will be responsible for providing professional patient consultations, assessing hair and scalp conditions, recommending appropriate treatments, and delivering excellent patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and medical assessments
• Provide hair & scalp treatments according to clinic standards and SOPs
• Educate patients and recommend suitable treatment plans
• Support Hair Transplant consultations and patient conversion
• Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation
• Collaborate with the medical and operational team
• Maintain high standards of patient safety, service, and professionalism

About you

• Medical Doctor (S1 Profesi Kedokteran) with active STR
• Preferably experienced in Aesthetic, Hair Treatment, or Healthcare Clinic
• Strong communication and consultation skills
• Comfortable with patient consultation, education, and soft selling
• Target-oriented with a strong service mindset
• Willing to learn Hair & Scalp Treatment and Hair Transplant consultation
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Willing to participate in training and continuous skill development
