Qualifications

Role Description

The Aesthetic Doctor will provide comprehensive medical aesthetic consultations, assess client needs, and recommend appropriate treatment plans aligned with clinic protocols. Daily responsibilities include performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures (such as injectables, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, and other dermatological interventions), ensuring client safety, and maintaining high clinical standards. The role involves monitoring treatment progress, documenting medical records accurately, and collaborating with therapists and clinic staff to deliver a seamless client experience. The Aesthetic Doctor will also stay updated on aesthetic trends, products, and techniques, participate in training when required, and support client education on aftercare and long-term skin health. This is a contract, on-site role based in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Licensed Medical Doctor (MD) with valid Indonesian medical registration; specialization in dermatology or aesthetic medicine is highly preferred.


• Proven experience in aesthetic procedures such as injectables (e.g., fillers, neuromodulators), thread lifting, laser and energy-based treatments, and other minimally invasive cosmetic interventions.


• Strong clinical assessment skills, including the ability to conduct thorough consultations, identify suitable treatments, and manage potential side effects or complications.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, explain procedures clearly, and provide empathetic, client-centered care.


• Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and adherence to safety, hygiene, and ethical medical standards.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinic setting, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and follow established protocols and performance targets.


• Willingness to work on-site in Jakarta with flexible scheduling, including weekends or evenings if required by clinic operations.


• Previous experience in reputable aesthetic or dermatology clinics and familiarity with premium international aesthetic brands and technologies will be an advantage.
