Job summary

Sumber Agung Estetika in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Doctor to join our clinic on a full-time basis. You will provide high-quality aesthetic medical services to a diverse patient base, delivering exceptional patient care with a focus on safety and clinical excellence.

The role requires MD level credentials with a valid Indonesian license, specialized aesthetic training, and 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent medical degree with valid licence in Indonesia.
• Specialised training or certification in aesthetic medicine or dermatology.
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional aesthetic medicine experience.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, skin physiology and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, laser therapies and chemical peels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and medical assessments.
• Perform aesthetic procedures including injectables, lasers, dermal fillers and other minimally invasive treatments.
• Develop personalised treatment plans considering medical history and goals.
• Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients on options, risks and post-treatment care instructions.
• Monitor patient progress and conduct follow-ups for optimal results and satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest aesthetic medicine techniques and safety standards.
• Ensure all procedures comply with medical regulations and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
• Handle patient concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Doctor to join our team at Sumber Agung Estetika in North Jakarta. This is a full-time position based in our Jakarta clinic, where you will provide high-quality aesthetic medical services to our diverse patient base. As an Aesthetic Doctor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care whilst maintaining the highest standards of medical practice and patient satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of aesthetic medicine, combining clinical expertise with innovative treatment techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and medical assessments to determine suitable aesthetic treatment options
• Perform a range of aesthetic procedures including injectables, laser treatments, dermal fillers and other minimally invasive treatments
• Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals and medical history
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, potential risks and post-treatment care instructions
• Monitor patient progress and conduct follow-up consultations to ensure optimal results and satisfaction
• Stay updated with the latest aesthetic medicine techniques, products and industry best practices
• Ensure all procedures are performed in compliance with medical regulations, ethical guidelines and infection control protocols
• Collaborate with the clinic team to maintain a professional and welcoming environment
• Handle patient concerns and complaints professionally and promptly

What we're looking for

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a valid medical licence to practise in Indonesia
• Specialised training or certification in aesthetic medicine or dermatology
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in aesthetic medicine practice
• Comprehensive knowledge of facial anatomy, skin physiology and aesthetic principles
• Proficiency in performing aesthetic procedures such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments and chemical peels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong patient relationships
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and satisfaction
• Professional demeanour, ethical standards and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
• Valid malpractice insurance and commitment to continuing professional development
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred
