Job summary

Medtronic in Jakarta is seeking a Sales Representative to manage sales processes, grow customer relationships, and drive growth across healthcare accounts.

You will promote products, pursue leads, assess customer needs, educate customers, conduct market research, and relay feedback to R&D, Operations and Marketing.

A bachelor’s degree and at least two years of healthcare sales experience are required; experience with medical devices is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the healthcare field.
• Practical knowledge gained through experience of sales techniques and job area typically obtained through education combined with sales experience.
• Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
• Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.
• Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities.
• Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
• Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
