Allianz Partners Indonesia is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator (Junior/Associate) to act as the frontline link between patients, hospitals, and insurers. Based at the WTC 6 Jakarta office on a rotating shift, you will handle calls, arrange appointments, coordinate admissions, and support medical evacuations with accuracy and empathy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Strong customer service skills, active listening, and clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and efficiently.
• Proficient with computers and CRM software; strong typing skills.
• Strong time management and sound decision‑making abilities.
• English proficiency — oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls; provide empathetic, professional support in emergency and non-emergency situations; assess needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Coordinate medical services — including doctor appointments, hospital admissions, and emergency medical evacuations — with providers, insurers, and relevant parties
• Accurately document all interactions and services; maintain confidential, up-to-date records; prepare scheduled reports for your Supervisor
• Communicate clearly with clients on services and coverage; manage complaints and elevate when necessary
• Ensure all activities comply with regulations and company policies; participate in training and contribute to service quality improvements
• Work effectively in an environment shaped by AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools — using insights responsibly in line with our standards of data governance, security, and ethical use
