Responsibilities

• Claims administration and processing for strategic and corporate accounts.
• Act as the primary advocate for clients and members throughout the claims process.
• Escalate delayed, disputed, or rejected claims to insurers.
• Negotiate with insurers to achieve fair and commercially reasonable outcomes.
• Serve as the first point of contact for claims-related inquiries.
• Provide hospitalization and case management support.
• Liaise with insurer claims teams on operational claims matters.
• Monitor insurer performance against agreed service standards.
• Participate in client presentations and claims review meetings.
• Act as the PIC for wellbeing discussions with clients and coordinate with the regional wellbeing team.

What the day will look like

• Claims administration and processing, including handling at least 3 strategic accounts and 25 corporate accounts.
• Claims advocacy:
• Act as the primary advocate for clients and members throughout the claims process.
• Escalate delayed, disputed, or rejected claims to insurers.
• Negotiate with insurers to achieve fair and commercially reasonable outcomes.
• Serve as the first point of contact for claims-related inquiries.
• Provide hospitalization and case management support.
