Job summary

PT Tumbuh Bersama Nano is seeking a Relationship Manager to drive AUM growth and acquire new clients in the Medan area. You will balance hunting for new business with nurturing existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in sales & marketing, with a proven track record in achieving revenue and acquisition targets, along with good communication and basic English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in all fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the sales & marketing field (experience in client acquisition/hunting is highly preferred).
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales & marketing strategies and achieving revenue, profitability, and acquisition targets.
• Good communication skills and Basic English is required.

• Drive AUM growth and new client acquisition in the Medan area.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and address inquiries.
