Job summary

PT Indonesia Pratama Multipak, established to support CPP and VMCPP film production, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Professional for on-site maintenance leadership at the Krian, Sidoarjo facility. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, mechanical calculations, and reliability of packaging machinery, with a focus on safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in manufacturing, strong leadership, and English proficiency to engage with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3 years as Mechanical Foreman or 5 years as Mechanical Engineer in manufacturing.
• Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery.
• Strong mechanical calculations and technical analysis skills.
• Proficiency in technical drawing (AutoCAD or equivalent).
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of K3 and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Minimum passive English proficiency.

IPM Established in 2014 and located in Krian, Sidoarjo, PT Indonesia Pratama Multipak is a leading manufacturer of Cast Polypropylene (CPP) and Vacuum Metallized Cast Polypropylene (VMCPP) film products, widely utilized for dry food packaging, confectionery, and various industrial applications. Requirements

1. Preferably holding a Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field

2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Foreman or 5 years as a Mechanical Engineer in the manufacturing industry

3. Proven ability to handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery, particularly flexible packaging equipment

4. Strong skill in mechanical calculations and technical analysis

5. Proficient in technical drawing (AutoCAD or equivalent software)

6. Strong leadership and team management skills

7. Sound understanding of K3 and ISO 9001:2015 standards

8. Minimum passive English proficiency

9. Willing to be Placement in : ByPass Krian, Sidoarjo Factory
