Job summary

PT Weiss Tech, based in Sidoarjo, East Java, seeks a motivated Mechanical Engineer to design customized process machines, automation systems, and integrated production lines that meet client needs. You will collaborate with Sales, Project, and Production to translate requirements into manufacturable concepts—from concept to commissioning.

You will also develop precision spare parts and contribute to BOQ estimates and mechanical calculations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Energy Conversion Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical design for customized machines, manufacturing equipment, or system integration.
Proficient in Autodesk Inventor.
Strong understanding of industrial automation.
Proficient in mechanical element design calculations and BOQ estimation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and a problem-solver.
Willing to travel for business as required.

Responsibilities
