Job summary

PT Weiss Tech, based in Sidoarjo, East Java, seeks a motivated Mechanical Engineer to design customized process machines, automation systems, and integrated production lines that meet client needs. You will collaborate with Sales, Project, and Production to translate requirements into manufacturable concepts—from concept to commissioning.

You will also develop precision spare parts and contribute to BOQ estimates and mechanical calculations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Energy Conversion Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical design for customized machines, manufacturing equipment, or system integration.
• Proficient in Autodesk Inventor.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation.
• Proficient in mechanical element design calculations and BOQ estimation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and a problem-solver.
• Willing to travel for business as required.

We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to create innovative and reliable machine solutions for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing customized process machines, automation systems, and integrated production lines that meet specific customer needs. You will work closely with our Sales, Project, and Production teams to turn customer requirements into manufacturable designs - from concept to commissioning. You will also be key in developing precision spare parts to support our clients' operations.

This position is available in Sidoarjo, East Java.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Energy Conversion Engineering

Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in mechanical design for customized machines, manufacturing equipment, or system integration

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Autodesk Inventor

Strong understanding of industrial automation

Proficient in mechanical element design calculations and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) estimation

Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
