Job summary

PT CS Teknologi Indonesia in Batam Centre seeks a Mechanical Designer to join our team. You will design and develop robotic solutions, prepare solid models and BOMs, and produce production data.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics, at least 3 years in automation design, proficiency in SolidWorks, and ability to lead projects and communicate with stakeholders including customers and vendors. Regular office hours Monday–Friday; English and Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics engineering.
• Minimum 3 years designing automation systems, jigs, fixtures, robotics, or conveyors.
• Strong ability to lead projects and communicate with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Conceptual and detailed machine design focusing on mechanical aspects.

PT CS Teknologi Indonesia is seeking a talented Mechanical Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Mechanical Designer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of our state-of-the-art robotic solutions. This is a full-time position based in Batam Centre, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of our company.

Roles and responsibilities:

• To do conceptual and detailed machine design with regard to mechanical aspects.
• To prepare solid models, layouts, views and bills of materials for assigned design machine assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• To prepare final design configurations, layouts, solid models and production/engineering data.
• To assist in preparation of machine documentation, specifications, manual.
• Able to perform assigned tasks independently or through team activities.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and organized.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma or relevant in Mechanical / Mechantronics Engineering.
• Preferred with minimal working experience 3 years in designing automation systems, jig and fixture ,robotics and conveyor system.
• At least min 3 years of working experience in design and manufacturing process (machining and fabrication).
• Proficiency with Solid Works is desirable.
• Ability to lead, manage project and communicate well with customers, vendors, engineers, technicians and team members.
• Preferred: able to converse in English and Mandarin.
