Job summary

Ennovi seeks an Engineer – CNC Machining to support daily machining operations, assisting in CNC programming, machine setup, process execution, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with senior engineers, production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient, and quality‑oriented production of precision components.

The role provides hands-on exposure to CNC milling and turning processes, tooling, process optimization, and problem‑solving in a manufacturing environment,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a CNC machining environment.
• Hands-on exposure to CNC milling and/or turning is preferred.
• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder.

Responsibilities

• Assist in CNC machine setup, prove-out, and operation for milling, turning, or multi-axis machines.
• Support execution and optimization of CNC programs (Fanuc / Citizen / Mazatrol / Star Machines etc.).
• Monitor machining operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
• Support cycle time reduction and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Support engineering samples preparation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Support documentation like PF, PFMEA, CP, Packaging Standard.

The role focuses on ensuring safe, efficient, and quality‑compliant production of precision components while working closely with senior engineers, production, quality, and maintenance teams.

This position provides hands‑on exposure to CNC milling and/or turning processes, tooling, process optimization, and problem‑solving in a manufacturing environment, serving as a developmental role for future Manufacturing or Process Engineers.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in CNC machine setup, prove‑out, and operation for milling, turning, or multi‑axis machines
• Support execution and optimization of CNC programs (Fanuc / Citizen / Mazatrol / Star Machines etc.)
• Monitor machining operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish
