Ennovi is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Engineer for our Batam facility to oversee maintenance across stamping, anodizing, plating, coating, and assembly lines. You will lead technicians, manage projects, and ensure safety and compliance with ISO standards.

The role requires 4–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience; PLC knowledge is a plus. You will report to the Assistant Manager – Facilities & Maintenance and contribute to continuous improvement and ESG initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics engineering.
• 4–5 years in maintenance or facilities engineering in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Experience with industrial equipment maintenance.
• Electrical certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance activities for stamping, anodizing, plating, powder coating, and assembly lines.
• Lead and guide maintenance teams; ensure uptime and safety.
• Coordinate projects with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Handle electrical systems, panels, motors, and control systems.
• Support continuous improvement and ESG initiatives.
• Maintain records, reports, and compliance with ISO/safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

A. Maintenance & Operations

• Oversee maintenance activities for:
• Stamping machines
• Anodizing & Plating lines
• Powder coating & Assembly lines
• Utility systems (compressors, scrubbers, RO/EDI, pumps, etc.)
• Ensure equipment uptime, reliability, and safety compliance
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for breakdowns
• Monitor and improve PM (Preventive Maintenance) effectiveness

B. Project Management

• Support and execute new facility and equipment projects
• Coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning activities
• Work closely with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting technical requirements

C. Electrical & Technical Support

• Handle electrical systems, panels, motors, and control systems
• Perform inspection, troubleshooting, and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards
• Electrical certification is an added advantage

D. Team Support & Leadership

• Guide and instruct technicians and assistant technicians
• Assign daily maintenance tasks and monitor progress
• Provide technical training and knowledge sharing
• Support shift teams during critical issues

E. Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for:

• Energy saving
• Cost reduction
• Process improvement
• Support ESG and sustainability initiatives
• Implement improvement projects with ROI tracking

F. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and checklists
• Support audit requirements (ISO, safety, ESG)
• Ensure proper spare parts control and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in: Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics or equivalent
• Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in maintenance or facilities engineering (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Strong knowledge in:
• Electrical systems & troubleshooting
• Industrial equipment maintenance
• PLC / automation (added advantage)
• Electrical certification (preferred)
