Job summary

PT Serendipity Consulting Indonesia is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager in Jakarta to oversee critical infrastructure maintenance for data center environments. You will manage preventive, predictive, and corrective activities for chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, UPS, diesel generators, and fire suppression systems.

You will ensure strict SLA/KPI adherence, monitor PUE and environmental setpoints, and lead 24/7 incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of facility operations experience/building facility management.
• Willing to work mobile and from an office at Kelapa Gading, Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Critical Infrastructure Maintenance: Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for mission-critical systems (Chillers, CRAH/CRAC, UPS, backup generators, fire suppression).
• SLA & KPI Adherence: Ensure zero downtime and monitor PUE and environmental setpoints (temp/humidity).
• Incident & Emergency Response: Lead 24/7 rapid-response for equipment failures and power outages to protect the data hall.
• Vendor & Specialist Management: Supervise OEM technicians during testing, calibration, and third-party audits.
• PTW & Method Statements: Draft and enforce MS and RA before any physical work in white/grey spaces.
• BMS & EPMS Monitoring: Use BMS/EPMS to track asset health and generate daily reports.

• Incident & Emergency Response: Lead 24/7 rapid-response protocols for equipment failures, power outages, or cooling anomalies to mitigate risk before it impacts the data hall.
• Vendor & Specialist Management: Supervise original equipment manufacturer (OEM) technicians (e.g., Schneider, Vertiv, Caterpillar) during specialized testing, calibration, and third-party audits.
• Permit to Work (PTW) & Method Statements: Draft, review, and enforce strict Method Statements (MS) and Risk Assessments (RA) before allowing any physical work to take place inside white or grey spaces.
• BMS & EPMS Monitoring: Utilize Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) to track real-time asset health, log anomalies, and generate daily operational reports.
