Job summary

Sinar Mas Land seeks a qualified Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical & Electrical) to plan, supervise, and optimize maintenance and improvement projects across estate facilities in Indonesia.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 2+ years in estate/facility management, and proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD. Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills are essential for coordinating technicians and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Estate Maintenance, Facility Management, Building Management, or related field.
• Computer literate (MS Office and AutoCAD).
• Have good analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
• Have good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, building utilities, and maintenance works.
• Able to supervise technicians and coordinate with vendors/contractors.
