Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete insurance claims management process from verification to processing.
• Develop and implement compliant insurance policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Maintain relationships with insurance providers, brokers, and corporate clients for optimal coverage.
• Coordinate the insurance and corporate administration team and manage performance.
• Monitor claim trends, identify discrepancies, and drive process improvements.
