Job summary

PCI Private Limited, a proud Celestica member, is seeking a pricing and commercial expert in Bandung, Indonesia. You will lead material pricing strategies, collaborate with global units, and manage pricing across bids and lifecycle to ensure margins and competitiveness.

Ideally you have 3–5 years in the Industrial EMS space, strong analytical skills, SAP/Polydyne knowledge, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in Industrial segment within EMS or MNC.
• Experience in cost analysis and material pricing strategy.
• Knowledge of SAP & Polydyne is a plus; proficiency in MS Office required.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and independent-work abilities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates deep expertise in Industrial segment and pricing methods.
• Deliver competitive material pricing to support growth and margins.
• Collaborate with global customer unit, program management, and finance on pricing strategies.
• Balance proposal cycle time, solution precision, and scope with clients.
• Project-manage supply chain pricing with commodity, costing, and engineering teams.
• Prepare pricing for new opportunities and manage pricing through lifecycle.
• Generate BOMs, perform cost analyses, and provide margin recommendations.
• Provide insights to support customer or supplier negotiations.
• Present pricing solutions to stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and product teardowns for competitiveness.
