Job summary

PCI Private Limited is seeking an experienced Demand Planning Specialist to join our Business Unit department. You will review customers' forecasts and orders and propose loading in MRP, while coordinating with production and purchasing teams.

Based in Bandung, the role requires a bachelor's in business/supply chain/logistics and at least 3 years in demand planning, ideally in electronics manufacturing services, with ERP SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Supply Chain/Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a demand planner or in Electronics EMS.
• Familiar with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Review customers' forecast and order and propose loading in MRP.
• Liaise and follow up with customers on delivery schedule.
• Monitor and work with production and purchasing teams on delivery commitments.
• Maintain waterfall report based on customers' forecast and line of balance for internal review.
• Minimise shipment backlogs and maintain finished goods inventory at an optimum level.
