Job summary

BYD Auto Co., Ltd. seeks a full-time Localization Project Coordinator to lead end-to-end localization certification for BYD vehicle models in Indonesia.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Legal, and liaison with local certification bodies and government authorities. You will monitor changes in Indonesian policy, manage submissions and approvals, travel to the Subang factory as needed, and maintain clear records with timely

Qualifications

• Professional proficiency in Chinese; English advantageous.
• Experience in vehicle certification, homologation, regulatory affairs, or automotive project management preferred (2+ years).
• Understanding of Indonesia's vehicle certification regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end localization certification coordination for Indonesia vehicle models.
• Track milestones, risks, and roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Legal.
• Liaise with local certification bodies and government authorities; manage submissions and follow-ups.
• Monitor changes in localization policies and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Occasional travel to Subang factory to coordinate with production and quality teams.
