Job summary

PT BYD Auto Indonesia is seeking a warehouse logistics associate to manage daily data entry, inbound and outbound document checks, and inventory updates to ensure accurate material records.

You will coordinate material flow with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams, track overdue items, support regular inventories, and help maintain a clean, organized warehouse while complying with factory SOPs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of working experience.
• English language is preferred.
• Mandarin is preferred.
• College or above.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for daily warehouse data entry, inbound & outbound document checking, inventory account updating, and daily/weekly logistics report submission to ensure accurate and traceable material data.
• Follow up the whole process of material receiving, storage, picking, line feeding and returning goods, coordinate material supply according to production schedule, and handle missing materials and abnormal delays in time.
• Maintain warehouse area management, including material zoning, location arrangement, cleaning and tidiness; sort out overdue and stagnant materials to reduce invalid space and resource occupation.
• Communicate and coordinate with production, purchasing and warehouse teams, synchronize material progress, risks and abnormal issues to ensure smooth production feeding.
• Track overdue containers, stagnant stocks and inventory exceptions, promote problem closed-loop, and reduce production line downtime risks.
• Sort and archive logistics documents, follow factory SOP, safety rules and daily management regulations.
• Assist in regular inventory counting, new model material switching, project material sorting and other temporary logistics tasks.
