Job summary

PT-Link-Net-Tb is seeking a procurement professional to manage sourcing for IT, technology and materials in support of operations in Indonesia. The role requires evaluating supplier proposals, ensuring quality, price competitiveness, compliance and timely delivery, and maintaining procurement records.

Responsibilities include analyzing purchase requests, coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and driving continuous improvements in sourcing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, supply chain, finance, engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in sourcing, procurement or supply chain management.
• Experience with e-procurement platforms and ERP tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Exposure to IT/technology sourcing is advantageous.

Job description

Execute sourcing activities for IT, technology and materials to meet operational requirements and liaise with suppliers & internal stakeholders to ensure product quality, compliance, pricing / cost efficiency and delivery. Process further and analyze the purchase request and its supporting documentation from internal stakeholders to maintain continuity of supply and accuracy in procurement records.

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• Able to liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of sourcing & procurement process (include governance / compliance process).
• Supplier relationship management.
• Multilingual / Bilingual communication skill.
• Negotiation skill.
• Experience using e-procurement platform & ERP tools (e.g. Coupa, SAP, etc.).
• Experience in reporting / administrative / contract processes.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain management.
• Exposure to IT and technology sourcing categories is an advantage.
