Job summary

AirAsia Indonesia seeks a skilled warehouse and operations professional to manage the CWSI function, ensuring maintenance requests are processed efficiently and airline requirements are met. The role demands strict adherence to service standards and contract terms across all service activities.

Your work will help sustain high service levels, support ground operations, and contribute to the reliability of AirAsia Indonesia’s maintenance support network in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse management in aviation.
• Experience supporting maintenance requests.
• Knowledge of airline contracts and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CWSI function to support maintenance requests and fulfill customer/airline operator requirements.
• Ensure all services meet contract and service standards as per agreements.
